Hi! I'm Savannah — women's performance and pelvic health physical therapist, run coach, and mom of two. I help women chase big, wild goals while raising tiny humans.

I've been a runner all my life, competing in cross country and track before earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and specializing in pelvic health. My path to coaching was both personal and rooted in a missing link I noticed time and time again while helping thousands of women in rehabilitation. After my first birth, an emergency C-section, I tried returning to running without the specific guidance I needed as a competitive runner, and ended up dealing with pain, heaviness, and uncertainty I never saw coming. By my second delivery, with the right knowledge, support team, prep, and a real plan, I came back stronger and pain-free. That contrast is why I became the coach I wish I'd had.

As a busy mom myself, I know training has to fit into your life, not the other way around. Wildkind is about training smart within the life you actually have, so running adds to your capacity instead of draining it. That's the difference between building toward your goals for the long haul, or crashing and burning six weeks in.

Big goals are worth chasing, and how you get there matters.

Hi! I'm Ben, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and run coach – with a special interest in trail and ultramarathon – focused on helping runners train smarter, stay healthy, and perform at a high level over the long term.

I earned my Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Boise State University and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University of Oregon. Since then, I've dedicated my clinical career exclusively to endurance athletes, treating runners and cyclists every day in a specialty setting.

As an avid runner and cyclist, I've made the same training mistakes that bring athletes into the clinic: poor volume management, inadequate recovery, and failing to account for life stress. Seeing these patterns play out both personally and professionally has shaped my philosophy centered on prevention, sustainability, and long-term development.

My biggest goal is to help runners build durable fitness, train with intention, and pursue performance goals without sacrificing long-term health.

Because the best progress is the kind you can sustain.
